The location in the middle of jackson was exceptionally nice and great. Plus, it was short walk to a new mall and the restaurant. Had a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar in my a double room. The bed was big, like a cloud.

The team provided a GREAT service. We had room which had a safe, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar and was reasonably spacious. Location: the hotel was near a new mall called Kastamall a very big new mall and the restaurant.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The spa centre was well-equipped and the full body massage was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were fulfilled. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

I faced a minor issue during my stay at this hotel. The leisure/TV room was small and cramped, not providing enough space for all the guests.

During my business trip to Kastamonu, I had a pleasant stay at a well-managed hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and had a great view from the room. The location was convenient and accessible to the nearby restaurants and major attractions. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a good perk, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and offered a good variety of options. it was a great experience.

The hotel had a shortage of clean sheets during my stay, and I had to request fresh linens twice. the cooling system in the room was not functioning properly, and the temperature was not adjustable.

The view from the 20th floor was absolutely stunning and the staff was exceptionally kind and well-trained. I had a great experience at Park Dedeman. The only downside was that the hotel was full and there weren't enough staff members. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
